A huge THAN YOU to the Hooper Bay community, our amazing staff, families and volunteers for making our Halloween celebration such a wonderful success! From the parade to the carnival to the Spook Alley, it was as day filled with laughter, creativity, and community spirit. We are incredibly grateful for everyone’s hard work, generosity and participation. It is moments like this that remind us how special our Hooper Bay community truly is. Proud to be a Warrior!
