Parents with children in grades 7-12:
Your children were sent home with a dental consent form. Our dental health aide will be at the school during the week of January 12-16 to do exams for those students. Please fill out the forms and return to the school by Thursday (December 18).
Janette has donated 4 of these awesome goody bags for door prizes for any students that return their consent forms The door prize drawing will be held on Friday January 9.

Dear Parents and Guardians:
As part of Scammon Bay School's Safety Week we practiced our Active Intruder Drill with our staff and student's today. We feel like it is important to practice these drills once a semester to ensure everyone feels confident in the procedures in the event of an Active Intruder. Below is the script that was read to students and staff:

UPDATE 7:45 Thursday December 11
Parents - we are going to have a late start @ 10:00am. Since the power is out we don’t have water and we will not be having school without water. I will make another announcement closer to 10:00 of anything changes.
Breakfast will open at 9:30am.
