Scammon Bay School had 5 middle school students attend ANSEP last week. All the kids came back with positive stories. Great job at representing our school and district!
Last week, the middle school students from the Bering Strait School District and Lower Yukon School District were on the University of Alaska Anchorage campus attending the ANSEP middle school academy! Throughout the week, students participated in earthquake engineering, computer building, a visit with Alaska Airlines to learn about careers in aviation, hydrology lessons, environmental science with the Bureau of Land Management, and activities with the Renewable Energy Alaska Project. Quyana to all the partners and ANSEP staff for providing these opportunities for students to explore future careers!
